By offering couples real experiences in how Caravelle hosts their biggest day, the hotel is organizing a Wedding Showcase this November. This event welcomes all guests to join and Caravelle Hotel will include all steps of hosting a wedding, from planning to dining, set-up, and decorations.
Coming to this Wedding Showcase, guests will have the chance to visit Caravelle’s updated event space, after its renovation of the hotel rooms and event space in 2019. A tour around the third floor, which only dedicates for events and meetings, will be provided. During this tour, guests are taken to the hotel’s main and largest event hall. When an event, meeting, or conference takes place, any Caravelle’s multifuntioned event rooms can be splitted into small breakout rooms with retractable walls upon requests. With this in mind, the hotel is very flexible in the setups for events, from your standard round tables to one-of-a-kind setup from your very creativity.
Within the main event hall, Caravelle houses four beautifully renovated Opera rooms, all of which provide a magnificent view through the ceiling-high soundproof windows of the Opera House and Lam Son Square. As a result, these rooms are designed to gather excellent natural light that works best with events hosting during the daytime while during night time, they are also succeed in delivering a colourful night view full of twinkling city lights. Should the Opera rooms do not meet the capacity to be the venue for the main event, they can still opt for a stunning reception hall with photo booth setups or lovely welcome drink areas for event guests.
Opposite from the Opera rooms is the signature Caravelle Ballroom which provides the highest capacity. In there, high-luminosity projectors are installed with capability up to 4K resolution plus screens for the most visually stunning couple moments to be presented. These state-of-the-art Audio-Visual system is also a fruit of our latest renovation in addition the other decorative updates. Last but not least, lying between the Caravelle Ballroom and four Opera rooms is the Pre-functioned area that can become part of the wedding space once the Ballroom’s dividers are removed. Just like the Opera rooms, the area is an ideal space for elegant reception hall with a stand-up cocktail party setup or more.
In addition to offering guests a tour around the innovative event space, Caravelle’s professional event team will always be on site to assist couples with the planning for the ceremony. Starting with the couple’s requets and ideas, our team can help to adapt them to the hotel’s unique structure and present a final concept of their most memorable experience.
