HCMC — Bamboo Airways will relocate all domestic flight operations to Terminal T3 at Tan Son Nhat International Airport starting August 18, the local carrier announced.
During the first week of operations at the new terminal, from August 18 to 25, passengers who miss their flights but arrive at Terminal T3 within 20 minutes after the scheduled departure time, as confirmed by ground staff, will be eligible for a free ticket change to the next available flight on the same route, reported the Vietnam News Agency.
If the next flight is fully booked, the airline will rebook passengers at no cost, including fare differences, on the nearest available flight. For routes with only one daily service, passengers will be rebooked for the following day.
At Terminal T3, Bamboo Airways check-in counters will be located at counters 45–50, opposite gates D2 and D3, with potential expansion to counters 43–52 based on demand. The last-minute ticket counter will be positioned near gate D2.
Bamboo Airways will update passengers via its official website, social media channels, email, SMS, and Zalo. The airline advised travelers to check information in advance to avoid confusion and ensure smooth travel.
