HCMC – The Ministry of Construction has unveiled a plan to cut and simplify administrative procedures for business and production activities this year and beyond.
The plan, issued in line with Government Resolution No. 66, sets a target of eliminating at least 30% of investment conditions and reducing time and cost to comply with administrative procedures by 30%.
All business-related administrative procedures will be conducted online, minimizing paperwork. Additionally, procedures will no longer be bound by provincial administrative boundaries, ensuring uniform implementation across the country.
The ministry also aims to fully implement all decentralization plans approved under Decision No. 1015 dated August 30, 2022, which delegates authority for handling administrative procedures across ministries and government agencies.
Internal administrative procedures among and within government agencies will also undergo a comprehensive review, with the goal of streamlining processes, cutting costs, and improving operational efficiency as part of broader efforts to restructure and modernize the state apparatus.
