DNSE plans 18.2% revenue growth in 2026, proposes 7% cash dividend

HCMC – DNSE Securities Joint Stock Company (HOSE: DSE) has set a target of increasing revenue by 18.2% and pre-tax profit by 61.8% in 2026, while proposing a cash dividend of 7% of charter capital and planning to issue VND3.5 trillion worth of bonds to strengthen its financial capacity.

The targets and proposals were disclosed in documents for the company’s 2026 annual general meeting of shareholders, scheduled to take place on March 26, 2026, in a hybrid format in Hanoi.

DNSE said the dividend plan would mark the fourth consecutive year the company pays cash dividends to shareholders.

Closing the trading session today, March 5, shares of DNSE rose 350 points, or 1.46%, to close at VND24,350, with 803,000 shares changing hands, valuing the company at around VND8,342.31 billion.

The VN-Index fell by 9.76 points, or 0.54%, to 1,808.51 points, with 153 gainers and 185 decliners. Total trading volume reached 1.13 billion shares worth VND35.39 trillion, down 28% in volume and 26.3% in value compared with the previous session. Block deals accounted for 29.4 million shares valued at VND1.15 trillion.

The VN30-Index dropped 13.77 points, with 22 decliners, more than three times the number of gainers. Oil and gas stocks GAS and PLX both hit their floor prices amid strong profit-taking pressure.

Vingroup-related stocks helped limit the market’s decline. VIC rose 5.9%, contributing more than 16 points to the main index, while VHM and VPL each gained 1.6%.

Banking, securities, and steel stocks also inched lower. VIX recorded the highest liquidity with 88.9 million shares traded, closing down 2.8%. SSI fell 0.6% with nearly 84 million shares traded, while SHB and HPG both declined 1.6%, with volumes of 67.2 million and 48 million shares, respectively.

On the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index edged down 0.26 point, or 0.1%, to 257.59 points, with 89 gainers and 73 decliners. Total trading volume on the HNX reached 149.6 million shares worth VND3.82 trillion, up 7.6% in volume and 20% in value from the previous session. Block trading was insignificant.
