HCMC – The Dong Nai government has asked industrial parks in the province to set up at least one pop-up healthcare station each to promptly care for and treat workers infected with Covid-19 or other diseases.

The Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority was working with industrial park infrastructure management boards to select locations to establish mobile healthcare stations, the authority said today, November 8.

The decision was made to effectively adopt anti-pandemic measures in high and extremely high-risk areas and provide workers with timely healthcare and treatment services.

There will be at least five medical workers at each pop-up healthcare station, depending on the number of employees at each industrial zone, the local media reported.

Over 97% of firms in industrial zones have resumed their operations, the authority said, adding that the establishment of pop-up healthcare stations will make anti-pandemic efforts more effective and ensure the safety of workers.
