HCMC – Local retail prices of fuels were adjusted down by VND730-VND1,100 per liter or kilogram starting 3 p.m. today, December 10, according to an announcement jointly issued by the ministries of Finance and Industry and Trade.
Bio-fuel RON92 and petrol RON95 dropped VND830 and VND1,100 per liter to VND22,080 and VND22,800, respectively.
Diesel oil is now priced at VND17,330 per liter, down VND1,050. Kerosene and heavy fuel oil are VND16,320 per liter and VND15,740 per kilogram, down VND870 and VND730, respectively.
During this fuel price adjustment, the ministries decided to charge buyers of bio-fuel RON92 VND250 per liter to replenish the national fuel price stabilization fund. The extraction levels for each liter or kilogram of RON95 gasoline, diesel oil, kerosene, and heavy fuel oil are VND700, VND250, VND500 and VND700, respectively.
