HCMC – The second Vietnam Outstanding Export Products Fair, or HCM City Export 2024, will take place at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in District 7, HCMC, between May 8 and 11.
Riding on its strong debut last year, the fair will double in scale to further support Vietnam’s growing export sector, the organizer said in a statement.
The event offers a platform for Vietnamese businesses to showcase their products across leading export industries, including food and beverage, textiles, and electronics.
Exhibitors will have the opportunity to connect with international buyers from the U.S., European countries, and major Asian markets.
The exhibition’s organizer anticipates around 20,000 attendees, with over 80% being specialized buyers such as importers, traders, supermarket chains, and retail networks.
During the event, participants can gain market insights about current trends and consumer preferences. The fair’s benefits also include support programs designed to facilitate business matchmaking, logistics, and export promotion.
In 2023, the inaugural fair was organized by the HCMC Department of Industry and Trade in collaboration with the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency under the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
The event attracted 200 businesses from seven key export industries. It drew nearly 9,250 local and international visitors.
