Oriental Pearl, the elegant all-day dining venue on the 66th floor of the Landmark 81 tower, has launched a reimagined à la carte menu that brings a contemporary twist to classic Vietnamese cuisine.

Part of the Vinpearl Landmark 81, Autograph Collection, the restaurant offers diners sweeping skyline views alongside a culinary experience inspired by the theme “Vietnamese Soul, Reimagined for Today.” The new menu presents inventive dishes that reinterpret traditional flavors for the modern palate.

Highlights include Bun Cha Tacos, which blend Hanoi’s famed grilled pork dish with crispy taco shells, and a Yellow Jackfruit Miso Curry served with crispy betel leaves and ST25 rice. Other standout offerings are the Stir-fried Pho with Satsuma A4 Wagyu, Bun Thit Nuong with chargrilled pork belly and spring rolls, and the Autograph Banh Mi featuring minced Black Angus beef wrapped in betel leaves with smoked cheese and pâté mayonnaise.

For dessert, the Lacàph Coffee with Coconut & Pineapple Mousse provides a tropical finale with Vietnamese coffee notes and fruit-forward flavors.

The à la carte menu is available Monday and Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday to Sunday.

Guests can also enjoy the Sky Buffet every Wednesday to Sunday evening, or the monthly Autograph Brunch on the first Sunday, featuring caviar, lobster, live DJ performances and sweeping views from Vietnam’s tallest building.
