HCMC – A total of 562 businesses have won “High-quality Vietnamese Goods 2025” certification, according to the Vietnam High-Quality Goods Business Association.

The recognition is based on an extensive consumer survey conducted over an extended period. These certified companies contributed nearly VND168 trillion to the state budget in 2024, representing 8.4% of the national total. Collectively, they have 246,773 full-time workers and 10,135 part-time workers.

According to the association, several newly recognized businesses have expanded their domestic market share, increasing distribution across at least two or three regions. Notably, many first-time recipients have successfully entered major export markets, including the U.S., the EU, and Japan.

A key highlight of this year’s certification is that many new entrants lead the way in adopting international production and business standards, surpassing the average compliance rate within the certified business community. These include global benchmarks such as ISO 22000 and HACCP.

Beyond production efficiency, most recognized businesses have also committed to long-term sustainability strategies. More than one-third of them plan to integrate environmental and social criteria into their operations, recognizing these factors as essential for green growth and sustainable development.

The official announcement ceremony, themed “High-quality Vietnamese Goods – The Journey of Sustainable Development,” is scheduled to take place in HCMC on March 25.
