Over generations, for each Vietnamese citizen, the sea and island have always been an inseparable part of the motherland. A thousands-year history of founding the country has witnessed the sacrifice of many generations. Undoubtedly, maritime sovereignty is also a territorial issue that should be engraved in each Vietnamese citizen’s heart.
To promote the strength and spirit of national unity, continue to show responsibility towards the sea and homeland islands and gain more resources to carry out specific tasks and projects, support for soldiers and officers who are on duty in, as well as the people living in, border and island areas, among others, the Vietnam Fatherland Front in Ho Chi Minh City has just launched an appeal for the “For the national sea and islands – For the fatherland frontline” fund.
According to this appeal, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in Ho Chi Minh City calls on organizations, individuals, enterprises, and Vietnamese expats to support the fund. It aims to support soldiers and inhabitants in Truong Sa Archipelago, maintain and repair the base of the DK1/10 platform, and islands in the southwest of the country; build a multi-purpose cultural house on Thuyen Chai B island; arrange visits and gifts to training units for newly enlisted soldiers in 2022; organize the Bien Cuong Friendship Program; and carry out a project on fresh water supply in border areas.
Responding to this appeal, The Marq – a luxury apartment project in the center of HCMC’s District 1 developed by Hongkong Land and NDC An Khang – has donated VND100 million to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of District 1 as a way to show their affection and responsibility towards the sea and islands of the homeland.
Jointly developed by Hongkong Land and An Khang, The Marq is a luxury residential high-rise building, located in the heart of District 1, HCMC. This development will provide 515 opulent residences comprising one- to four-bedroom condominiums offering stunning city views and a true luxury lifestyle for discerning investors.
The Marq is highly appreciated for its unique architectural features and sophisticated interior design. The architectural style of The Marq is unique with double-glazed glass for the entire facade and balcony that does not overshadow the peaceful look of a true oasis in the heart of the city with premium amenities at The Sky Club on the rooftop such as a 30-meter swimming pool, outdoor banquet Sky Bar and Sky Dinning, jacuzzi, gym…. Meanwhile, its modern interior design with private elevators, luxurious marble and 3.2, even 6.9m high ceilings in some selected 4-bedroom apartments help to create a perfect feature for The Marq. Thanks to these advantages, at the International Property Awards, The Marq has excellently overcome strong domestic and regional competitors to conquer the jury in all three prestigious 5-star categories – Residential High-Rise, Residential High-Rise Architecture, and Residential Apartment/Condominium.
The project has now been completed and handed over earlier than expected to the first residents since December 2021.
