UK, Vietnam sign MoU to strengthen finance sector training

The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Vietnam’s National Economics University and BDO to enhance professional training and mobility in the country’s financial sector.
