HCMC – Vietnam will attend the ASEAN Tourism Forum 2023 (ATF 2023) and Travel Exchange (TRAVEX) fair in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, from February 2 to 5, according to the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism.
Vietnam will introduce tourism development, mechanisms and policies, tourism products and services after the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as bring the image of Vietnamese tourism to the world through the slogan “Vietnam – Timeless Charm” and the promotional campaign “Live fully in Vietnam” at the ATF 2023.
Under the theme “ASEAN: A Journey to Wonderful Destinations”, ATF 2023 features a series of important activities such as the 22nd ASEAN Plus Three Tourism Ministers Meeting, the 9th ASEAN-India Tourism Ministers Meeting, the 2nd ASEAN-Russia Tourism Ministers Meeting and the 57th Meeting of ASEAN National Tourism Organizations.
Other important events will also be held at the forum, including the 42nd Meeting of ASEAN Plus Three National Tourism Organizations, the 29th ASEAN-India National Tourism Organizations, the 13th ASEAN-Russia Federation Tourism Consultation Meeting, the ASEAN Tourism Awards Ceremony, and the press conferences of tourism ministers.
The TRAVEX 2023 trade fair is one of the most important activities at the ATF 2023, attracting huge attention from international partners, businesses and visitors.
Vietnam will set up a 54-square-meter booth at the trade fair, introducing attractive tourism activities in the country. The National Tourism Year 2023 in the south-central province of Binh Thuan will be the highlight of the booth.
