IDC Hoa Lac can house up to 2,000 rack cabinets. The center has got Tier III certification from Design Documents (TCDD) and Constructed Facility (TCCF), and is now in the process of obtaining Tier Certification of Operational Sustainability (TCOS) from Uptime.

“Our data center in Hoa Lac is the largest and most advanced in the country, and it is poised to offer premier data services, tailor-made to meet the diverse demand of both domestic and international customers,” said Huynh Quang Liem, CEO of VNPT.

He said that VNPT currently operates eight data centers in Hanoi, Danang, and HCMC, all of which adhere to high national and international standards.

The IDC’s equipment is supplied by well-known businesses such as Cumin, Hitachi, and Siemens. The new center has ultra-fast connections, with domestic connections averaging 2Gbps per rack and international connections at 0.5Gbps per rack.

The six-layer security system ensures the highest level of data security for customers. The center is managed by a team of information techonology engineers and professionals that are well-trained, experienced, and available to clients 24 hours a day.

VNPT has plans to explore cooperation potentials with partners to create more regional and global data centers utilizing green and sustainable technologies.
