HCMC – HCMC will be developing more logistics centers to enhance its logistics infrastructure and complete the inter-regional transport system from this year until 2025.

Under the plan, HCMC aims to establish a high-tech logistics center in Thu Duc City by 2025. The plan also includes the classification of logistics centers in Cat Lai, Long Binh, Linh Trung, Cu Chi, Hiep Phuoc, and Tan Kien.

The city also calls for investment in developing four other logistics centers at different locations in the city.

The expansion of logistics warehouses is intended to improve and complete the transportation network connecting HCMC with neighboring provinces, including roads, seaways, airways and railways.

HCMC plans to establish a centralized data warehouse to digitalize transportation activities and create a common information technology platform for logistics services, logistics digital maps for network estimation, search, planning, and optimization in HCMC and neighboring provinces.

The city now considers establishing a promotion center that will provide logistics technology solutions and introduce advanced technology to logistics companies. It will also develop training programs for personnel working in small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in the city.
