JW Marriott Cam Ranh Bay Resort & Spa is expanding its culinary offerings as part of a broader effort to position itself as a dining destination along Vietnam’s south-central coast.
Located on Bai Dai Beach in Cam Ranh, the resort features seven restaurants and bars designed to combine international cuisine with local ingredients and cultural influences.
Central to the concept is JW Garden, an on-site organic garden supplying herbs, fruits and seasonal produce, underscoring a wider shift toward sustainability and farm-to-table practices in Vietnam’s hospitality sector.
The resort’s dining venues include Clay Craft, which serves Vietnamese-inspired dishes prepared in traditional clay pots, and Seafood Grill, offering locally sourced seafood. Bayside Bistro provides a mix of Asian and Western fare, while Ocean Bar and Pool Bar focus on casual dining and beverages.
Industry observers say the expansion of diverse dining concepts within integrated resorts mirrors a broader trend in Vietnam, where food and beverage offerings are increasingly central to enhancing guest experiences and destination appeal.
