Canadian culinary at Vinpearl Landmark 81

An exclusive Canadian culinary promotion has been launched at Oriental Pearl restaurant at Vinpearl Landmark 81 Autograph Collection, marking a collaboration with the Consulate General of Canada in HCMC.

The limited-time program introduces a curated selection of premium Canadian imports to the restaurant’s buffet, including lobster, surf clam, beef, maple syrup and blueberries. The initiative aims to showcase the quality of Canadian agri-food and seafood products while strengthening trade and cultural ties between Canada and Vietnam.

The promotion also features activities involving Canadian suppliers and Vietnamese retail partners, designed to raise consumer awareness of Canadian produce in the local market.

The menu has been developed by Executive Chef Konrad “Radi” Renggli, who brings nearly 30 years of international experience, alongside guest chef Rang Nguyen, known in Canada’s fine dining scene. Signature dishes include Canadian Lobster Roll, Bannock Taco, Canadian Beef Rib Eye prepared “Chef Rang Style,” Maple Glazed Seabass, and Ricotta Cheesecake with Canadian blueberries.

Situated on the 66th floor of Landmark 81, Oriental Pearl offers panoramic views of HCMC, positioning the event as both a culinary and experiential attraction.
