HCMC – A passenger coach collided with a trailer truck on Ho Chi Minh Road in Thanh Hoa Province early morning today, July 21, leaving two dead and four others injured.
Preliminary investigation results showed that at 5:45 a.m., while traveling in the northbound direction, the passenger coach with 10 passengers on board crashed into the tractor-trailer in the opposite direction in Hoa Quy Commune in Nhu Xuan District.
The two drivers were reported dead at the scene, while four passengers, including a 10-year-old boy, were injured, according to the traffic police of Nhu Xuan District.
The crash severely damaged the front of the two vehicles, the local media reported.
The police are investigating the fatal incident.
