Coca-Cola Vietnam pledged long-term and sustainable investment in Vietnam in general and in Danang City in particular at the 2022 Danang Investment Forum on June 25.
The commitment was strengthened by Coca-Cola representatives with Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the leaders of the Danang government and the Ministry of Planning and Investment on the sidelines of the forum organized by the Danang Party Committee and the municipal government.
Peeyush Sharma, chief executive officer at Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam Company Ltd., expressed his optimism about Vietnam’s bright economy future, strongly committed to make long-term and sustainable investment in Vietnam in general and Danang City in particular.
As a foreign-invested company having been active in Danang City for over 20 years, Coca-Cola Vietnam has always accompanied the local authorities and residents in economic and social activities and environmental protection.
Coca-Cola highly values the city’s attractive investment environment and support policies by the municipal government, committed to continue support the bilateral ties between Vietnam and the U.S.
Vietnam is among attractive investment destinations for foreign investors.
“We look forward to work together with the central and local governments on programs and initiatives to support community and protect environment, especially in programs to support the government in realizing your commitment in COP26 to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050,” shared Peeyush Sharma.
