Fi Vietnam 2026, scheduled for May 13 to 15, 2026 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in HCMC, is seen as a gateway to Vietnam’s food and beverage ingredients industry.
Fi Vietnam 2026, the country’s only exhibition dedicated to food and beverage ingredients, will be its largest edition to date, with more than 300 exhibitors and 9,000 attendees from 40 countries expected. It is anticipated to set a new benchmark for scale and international participation and reinforce its role as a global sourcing hub for the region.
The exhibition is organized by Informa Markets and supported by long standing industry partners, including the Food and Foodstuff Association of HCMC (FFA), the Vietnam Beer-Alcohol-Beverage Association (VBA), and the Vietnam Food Science and Technology Association (VAFoST).
Fi Vietnam 2026 will feature six international pavilions representing the EU, Japan, South Korea, China, India and Thailand, bringing together a diverse mix of global ingredient suppliers, solution providers and innovations under one roof.
Complementing this global showcase, Fi Vietnam 2026 will present six dedicated ingredients pavilions, covering health ingredients, natural ingredients, beverage ingredients, pet food ingredients, probiotics and functional ingredients.
The new business pavilion, designed for first-time exhibitors, will provide a platform for emerging companies to showcase their innovations, with support from the organizer.
To further enhance business engagement, Fi Vietnam 2026 will introduce the Match and Meet Lounge alongside a dedicated Hosted Buyer Program that connects qualified buyers with selected suppliers.
Fi Vietnam Golf Game – Where tastemaker Swing the Connection will take place on 12 May 2026 at Tan Son Nhat Golf Course in HCMC. Combining sport and networking, the event creates a dynamic space where connections are built and ideas take shape.
