HCMC – Several international exhibitions dedicated to the textile and apparel sector have kicked off at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in District 7, HCMC, attracting numerous domestic and foreign businesses.
The 22nd Vietnam International Textile and Garment Industry Exhibition (VTG) is taking place from September 25 to 28, alongside the Vietnam International Textile and Apparel Accessories Exhibition (VITATEX), the Vietnam International Dyeing & Chemical Industry Exhibition (DYECHEM), and the Vietnam International Footwear Machinery and Material Exhibition 2024 (VFM).
These exhibitions form a comprehensive supply chain for the textile, garment, accessories, dyeing, and chemical industries.
On display at these expos are innovative technological advancements, including footwear machinery, computerized sewing machines, and eco-friendly dyeing solutions.
They help to drive transformation in footwear production and support the Vietnamese textile and garment industry in meeting the EU’s stringent environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards.
Notably, the Vietnam International Textile and Garment Industry Exhibition alone features over 580 booths of 380 businesses from 10 countries and territories, including China, India, Japan, Pakistan, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam.
