Mark Shorrock: I’m in the right country, at the right time for solar energy

The solar industry in Vietnam is recovering after almost a year of hard lockdown and no new solar policy. Mark Shorrock, founder of Shire Oak International, a leading solar power developer in Vietnam, spoke with The Saigon Times over the issue in the Chat With CEO program.
