HCMC – Party General Secretary and State President To Lam and his spouse have left Hanoi for a three-day official visit to Thailand at the invitation of Thai Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul and his spouse.
The country’s top leader is accompanied by a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation, reported the Vietnam News Agency.
The visit takes place as bilateral relations between the two countries continue to strengthen and coincides with the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between Vietnam and Thailand.
