The Ricefield Lodge resort in the Mekong Delta city of Can Tho is leveraging the advantage of local agricultural tourism products to attract tourists from Europe.
Located in Truong Phu I Hamlet, Truong Long Commune, Phong Dien District, Can Tho City, Ricefield Lodge is constructed in a bungalow style with rooms facing the pool or the garden.
Stiermann Martin, general manager of Ricefield Lodge, said properly invested agricultural tourism is a new type that draws the interest of tourists from European countries like Germany, the Netherlands, and France.
This segment represents an important role in the resort’s business operations, catering to high-end customers.
At the resort, visitors can leave the city’s noise behind for the countryside, immersing themselves in the tranquil space of the southern village with 600 different fruit trees. Visitors can explore the Xang Xa No Canal or the Lung Ngoc Hoang Nature Reserve via speedboat.
