HANOI – Vietnam Airlines is set to resume regular international flights to Europe next week, starting from January 24, after a hiatus of two years due to the Covid pandemic.
The airline will restart the first regular flight from Hanoi City to London in Britain on January 24, while re-launching a regular flight linking Hanoi and Frankfurt in Germany on January 27, according to the air carrier.
The Hanoi-Moscow (Russia) air route with one weekly flight will reopen from January 29.
Vietnam Airlines will launch fixed regular flights to Britain, France and Germany from February 8, according to the carrier’s flight resumption plan.
The airline will use wide-body Boeing 787-9 and Airbus A350 aircraft for flights linking Vietnam and Europe.
