Vietnamese firm introduces AI computer with AMD chip

HCMC – ROSA Computer, in collaboration with industry leaders AMD, ASUS, AOC, and Lexar, has unveiled Vietnam’s inaugural AI computer, powered by the Ryzen 8000G series processor.

Designed primarily to support the education sector, the ROSA AI PC offers the capability to monitor exam rooms both online and offline. This innovation reduces the reliance on on-site personnel, ultimately enhancing testing efficiency and quality.

The Ryzen 8000G Series, boasting up to eight cores and 16 threads, delivers impressive performance for demanding tasks such as gaming and content creation, all while optimizing power consumption.

Notably, the Ryzen 5 8600G and Ryzen 7 8700G processors mark the integration of a neural processing unit (NPU).

The AMD Ryzen 8000G series chips became available for purchase on January 31.
