Hilton Saigon has unveiled its 2025 mooncake collection, “Vien Vi Nguyet Sac,” inspired by the symbolism of the full moon and the Mid-Autumn Festival tradition of family reunion.
The annual festival centers on gatherings, gift-giving and moonlit evenings. Hilton Saigon’s collection emphasizes themes of love, prosperity and togetherness, reflected in both the packaging and the flavors of its handcrafted mooncakes.
This year’s lineup includes three gift sets. Kim Vien, decorated with jade green and golden chrysanthemum motifs, features four mooncakes and premium tea. Tu Vien highlights family bonds with a similar presentation, while Khanh Vien offers a more festive option, combining mooncakes with a bottle of wine.
The hotel is also introducing four distinctive flavors blending tradition with contemporary tastes: pandan lotus seeds, Ca Mau crab with spicy sauce, Earl Grey rose tea, and roasted chicken with green pepper sauce. Each recipe is intended to balance artistry with symbolism, underscoring the collection’s theme of harmony.
