HCMC – An international exhibition on coffee, tea, food, and beverages is taking place at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in HCMC, featuring more than 350 brands from Vietnam and abroad.
The event aims to promote trade, innovation, and cultural exchange within the global food and beverage industry, with a strong focus on Vietnam’s growing role in the coffee and tea sector.
Organized by Exporum Vietnam, the Café Show Vietnam 2025 and Tea Show Vietnam 2025 cover 10,000 square meters with 500 booths, featuring advanced coffee machines and brewing equipment from brands such as La Marzocco, Nuova Simonelli, Sanremo, and Breville.
Visitors will be able to sample diverse coffee varieties from Brazil, Indonesia, Colombia, and Vietnam, the host country currently being the world’s largest Robusta producer and second-largest coffee exporter.
The event will highlight a wide range of ingredients for the F&B industry, including syrups, teas, smoothies, and baking materials from Vietnamese producers.
A key feature of the event is the Vietnam National Barista Championship (VNBC), the country’s only barista competition certified by World Coffee Events. The winner will represent Vietnam at the global championship.
This year, contestants will work with dairy products from Meiji (Japan) and plant-based milks from The Alternative Dairy Co (Australia).
The exhibitions aim to promote Vietnamese coffee, tea, and ingredients to global markets while fostering innovation and collaboration within the regional beverage industry.
