HCMC – The domestic retail prices of fuels were revised down by VND490-610 per liter or kilogram after two consecutive increases, starting at 3 p.m. yesterday, April 21, according to an announcement jointly issued by the ministries of Industry-Trade and Finance.
RON 95-III gasoline now sells for VND23,639 per liter, down VND606, and E5 RON 92 bio-gasoline for VND22,688, down VND485.
Diesel oil is now priced at VND19,397 per liter, down VND752, and kerosene sells for VND19,480 per liter, down VND259.
Meanwhile, heavy fuel oil increased by some VND649 to VND15,843 per liter.
During this fuel price adjustment, the two ministries continued replenishing the fuel price stabilization fund.
RON 95-III gasoline, E5 RON 92, diesel oil and kerosene are subject to a surcharge of VND300 per liter. Heavy fuel oil is exempt from the surcharge.
Local fuel traders are not allowed to tap the fuel price stabilization fund.
