Six Senses Ninh Van Bay is offering a yoga and nature reconnection retreat for the first time, inviting guests to delve into a deeper level of yoga, meditation, mindfulness rituals, and wellness dining experiences.
Joining the four-day retreat program from June 20 to 23, 2024, guests will be guided by Dorelal Singh, a distinguished yogic practitioner from India who also serves as Six Senses Yoga Master.
The program is dedicated to guided meditation, yoga sessions, and rituals aimed at helping guests rejuvenate their inner strength and energy. Guests will participate in sound healing meditations, forest bathing, and breathwork sessions led by Anna Phan, a resident medical wellness expert.
On the day of arrival, guests will enjoy a group welcome dinner at The Farmhouse, where Executive Chef Timothy Goddard will showcase his expertise in crafting plant-based dishes from locally sourced ingredients, ensuring a sustainable farm-to-fork dining experience.
Also, there are several activities worth exploring, such as stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, hiking, and rock climbing.
Six Senses Ninh Van Bay sits on a coral bay with golden sand and towering mountains. It comprises 62 pool villas on the beach and nestled between rocks.
